Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 (20 ounce) can pie filling (your choice)

  1. Put together all ingredients, except flour and pie filling, and beat at medium speed for 2 min. Add in flour, 1 cup at a time, and blend after each addition; blend well. Spread 3/4 of the batter into a greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch jelly roll pan. Carefully spread pie filling over batter. Drop remaining batter over pie filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 min. (I wet a spoon or possibly my fingers with water and spread and pat it till it is even..) While warm, spread with glaze made of 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 to 2 tbsp lowfat milk.
