Ингредиенты

  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 c. shortening
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. cool water

Инструкции

  1. For Crust: Cut flour, salt and shortening together. Add in beaten egg, water and lemon juice; mix well. Roll out. This makes 3 pie crusts.
  2. Mix filling and pour in raw crust. Bake till hard, about 40 min in 350 degree oven.
