  • 1 onion
  • 2 scotch bonnet peppers
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 or 2 plum tomatoes
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1tbs olive oil
  • little splash of white vineger
  • couple of basil leaves,chopped
  • 1/2 stick of rosemary.chopped
  • 1 tbs of suger,brown or white
