Ingredients: 4 x (1 lb.) pkg. wieners into bite-sized pcs; 2 lrg onions, thinly sliced; 3/4 c. sugar; 2 Tbsp. salt; 4 tsp cumin; 4 1/2 ounce pepper sauce; 4 c. white vinegar; 1 tsp pickling spices; 1 1/2 tsp whole black pepper

Ингредиенты

4 x (1 lb.) pkg. wieners into bite-sized pcs
2 lrg onions, thinly sliced
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. salt
4 tsp cumin
4Â 1/2 ounce pepper sauce
4 c. white vinegar
1 tsp pickling spices
1Â 1/2 tsp whole black pepper

Инструкции

Note:Combine slice onion with wieners. Mix rest of ingredients and bring to a boil. Boil 3 min. Put onions and wieners in a jar and pour sauce over them. Cover tightly. Chill several days before serving.
Sausage has to be fully cooked, or possibly smoked.
