Ингредиенты

  • 4 pig feet
  • 1/2 gallon water
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 stalk celery
  • 1/2 sm. onion
  • Dash of salt and black pepper

Инструкции

  1. Wash pig feet in hot water. Use a large pot to place pig feet, water, celery and onion. Cook 2 1/2 hrs over medium heat, adding water as needed. Remove from water and place in baking pan with salt, pepper and vinegar poured over pig feet. Bake in warm 350 degree oven without a cover till tender. Turn pig feet 3 to 4 times during baking process. Serve warm.
