- DRAIN CANNED GREEN BEANS.
- COMBINE BEANS AND ONIONS. SET ASIDE FOR USE IN STEP 4.
- COMBINE SUGAR, VINEGAR, SALAD OIL, SALT, AND PEPPER; WHIP Or possibly SHAKE THOROUGHLY.
- Add in DRESSING; BLEND WELL.
- COVER; Chill AT LEAST 6 Hrs Till FLAVORS ARE WELL BLENDED. KEEP REFRIGERATED Till READY TO SERVE.
- NOTE:
- IN STEP 2, 1 LB 6 Ounce DRY ONIONS A.P. WILL YIELD 1 LB 4 Ounce THINLY SLICED ONIONS.
- NOTE:
- IN STEP 2, 2 1/2 Ounce (2/3 C. PLUS 3 TBSP) DEHYDRATED ONIONS MAY BE USED. SEE RECIPE NO. A01100.
