Ингредиенты

  • 1 Tbsp. Peanut oil
  • 1 c. Julienned red cabbage
  • 1 c. Julienned Napa cabbage
  • 1/2 c. Julienned pickled ginger
  • 1 tsp Chopped garlic
  • 1/4 c. Rice wine vinegar
  •     drizzle Sesame oil to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. Finely-minced fresh cilantro

Инструкции

  1. In a saute/fry pan, heat the peanut oil. When the oil is warm, saute/fry the cabbages for 2 min. Add in the ginger and garlic. Stir in the vinegar. Season with sesame oil. Stir in the minced cilantro and saute/fry for 1 minute. Remove from the heat and allow to cold. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. This recipe yields about 2 c. of slaw.
