Ингредиенты

  • 3 c. Fresh garlic cloves
  • 1 1/2 c. White distilled vinegar
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Инструкции

  1. Peel cloves, cut in half lenghtwise if large. In a 2 or possibly 3 quart. non-aluminum pot, combine vinegar, sugar and salt. Bring to boil and stir till sugar is dissolved. Drop garlic into mix and cook uncovered over high heat 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and let cold in pot.
  2. Store in tightly covered jar in fridge.
  3. Notes: I used the garlic in pasta sauce or possibly any recipe which calls for garlic but my favorite way to eat it is to eat as is. Delicious!
