Ингредиенты

  • 2 1/2 pound crawfish tails, cooked
  • 2 lg. onions, sliced
  • 3/4 c. white vinegar
  • 1 1/4 tbsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1 1/4 c. salad oil

Инструкции

  1. Place boiled crawfish in bottom of large jar. Add in onion slices. Mix together salad oil, vinegar, salt, celery seed, and Tabasco. Pour over crawfish. Chill for 24 hrs.
