Pickled Beets With Sliced Onion

Ингредиенты

2 (8 ounce.) cans sliced beets
1 c. vinegar
4 tbsp. sugar
1 teaspoon salt

Dash clove pwdr
2 sm. bay leaves
2 thinly sliced sm. onions

Инструкции

Drain beets, reserving 1/2 liquid. Place beets in a bowl. In a pot, combine beet liquid and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Simmer 5 min. Pour over beets. Chill for at least 1 hour. Serves 6.
