  •     Beets
  • 1/2 c. Water, cool
  •     Egg, hard boiled
  •     Cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. Brown Sugar
  • 3 x Cloves
  • 1/2 c. Vinegar

Инструкции

  1. Boil young beets till tender. Skin and cover with liquid made by combining the brown sugar, vinegar, water, a small piece of cinnamon, and 3 or possibly 4 whole cloves. Let beets stand in this mix for several days. Remove and add in whole hard boiled shelled Large eggs to the liquid and let pickle for 2 days before using.
