2 med. onions, sliced 2 T butter

6 hoagie buns, split and toasted 12 slices American cheese

Инструкции

1. Cook and stir onions in butter till tender (10 min). Set oven to broil. Place bottom halves of buns on ungreased cookie sheet. Top with onions and beef. Cut cheese slices into halves, diagonally.Place 4 halves on each sandwich. Broil with tops 5-6 inches from heat just till cheese is melted (2-3 min). Top each with remaining bun half. 6 sandwiches
