2 c. dry rice, steamed, or possibly cooked in the sticky

Put the rice in a large baking pan- and add in the following:

1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine (1 stick)

1/2 c. soy sauce

1 med onion, minced (or possibly use 2 bunches of green onions, minced- include green tops)

4 x cloves garlic, finely chopped (more or possibly less according to taste)

1 c. of minced cooked chicken

1 c. of minced smoked ham

1 can of well liquid removed and rinsed bean sprouts.(optional)

or possibly use fresh sprouts. about 1 c.
