Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. fruit pulp
  • 2 c. flour (all-purpose)
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr (scant)
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Nuts, minced
  • Raisins

Инструкции

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Batter can be dropped by Tbsp. or possibly poured into a 9 x 13 inch pan, plus 8 x 8 inch pan. Bake 20 to 25 min in a 375 degree oven. Watch 'em! Spread with thin powdered sugar frosting while hot. Then cut.
