I don't know about you, but the heat here in NY is extremely hot lately. We have been in the 90's for the last week or so. Thankfully I have air conditioning at work, but until last evening, we did not have central air. Grumpy got it working last night thankfully - for us and the kitties! So a frosty treat is a welcome treat in this house and these pops hit the spot. They are all natural, the only sweetenter is agave syrup and it is only 4 ingredients!
These beautiful Fuyu Persimmions came to me courtesy of Frieda's Specialty Produce. I love the treats I get from my contact Oakley! This was a new to me fruit I had never had so the before I used it, I ate one :) These are very refreshing and delicious. I will not be afraid to buy these ever! Persimmion Popsicles

Ingredients
3 persimmions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1-1/2 tablespoons agave
- 1/2 cup coconut water
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food proccessor. Process until smooth.
If desired, press through a strainer. This is not necessary if your puree is smooth.
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until solid.
Yield: 4 regular sized pops
Prep Time: 00 hrs. 10 mins.
Total time: 10 mins.
