Ингредиенты

4 c. cool, boiled potatoes, peeled & cubed 1/4 c. green pepper, diced 1/4 c. onion, minced 1 tbsp. pimento, minced 2 hard-cooked Large eggs, minced

3/4 c. mayonnaise 1 teaspoon prepared mustard 1 1/2 teaspoon horseradish sauce Salt & pepper to taste

1. Toss together potatoes, pepper, onion, pimentos and Large eggs. Mix mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, salt and pepper together. Add in to potatoes, mix well. Garnish with paprika.
