- Perfect Chocolate Cake: Combine cocoa and boiling water, stirring till smooth; set aside. Cream butter; gradually add in sugar, beating well. Add in Large eggs, one at a time. Combine flour, soda, baking pwdr, and salt in bowl; add in to mix alternately with cocoa mix. Stir in vanilla.
- Use two 10" pans. Bake 350 degrees for 30 - 40 min
- WHIPPPED CREAM FILLING: Beat whipping cream and vanilla till foamy; gradually add in powdered sugar.

- PERFECT CHOCOLATE FROSTING: Combine first three ingredients in saucepan; cook till chocolate melts. Remove from heat; add in powdered sugar. Set pan is ice, and beat till frosting holds it shape and loses it gloss. Add in a few more drops of half/half if needed to make spreading consistency.
