Ингредиенты

6 peppers 1/2 pound sausage 2 c. cooked rice

1 teaspoon salt 1 c. strained tomatoes 1/2 c. boiling water

Инструкции

1. Wash peppers and remove seeds. Parboil 5 min in water to cover. Remove from water and fill with remaining ingredients that have been mixed together. Place in baking dish and add in boiling water. Bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees.
