  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 1 x egg yolk room temperature
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp white pepper
  • 3 1/2 c. bread flour
  • 1 c. minced pepperoni
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. active dry yeast
  • 1 x egg white
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. kosher salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds

Инструкции

  1. Follow the instructions for your particular brand of bread baking machine. Use "Dough" program.
  2. On a lightly floured surface cut dough into pcs. Roll each piece into a 16-inch rope. Cross ends of the rope to make a loop; twist the crossed ends once and fold across the loop.
  3. Place on a greased baking sheet 1 1/2 inches apart. Brush with glaze and sprinkle with topping. Bake at 375 degrees 15 to 20 min or possibly till done.
