  • 3/4 c. water
  • 2 c. bread flour
  • 1/4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp dry oregano leaves
  • 1 tsp bread machine yeast
  • 1/2 c. sliced pepperoni

  1. Measure carefully, placing all ingredients except pepperoni in bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Add in pepperoni at the Raisin/Nut signal or possibly 5 - 10 min before last kneading cycle ends. Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or possibly Light crust color. Don't use delay cycles. Remove baked bread from pan and cold on wire rack.
