Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. (16 ounce.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 c. butter/butter
  • 1/4 c. whipping cream
  • 1 c. unsifted powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract

Инструкции

  1. Mix chocolate chips, butter and cream in a heavy saucepan. Place over very low heat and stir till chips and butter are melted and mix is smooth and thick. Remove from heat. Beat in the powdered sugar till mix is smooth again. Stir in the peppermint extract.
  2. Cover and refrigerateabout 1 or possibly 2 hrs till mix is thick sufficient to shape or possibly drop into small candy c.. Divide the mix into 24 portions. Drop into paper bonbon c. or possibly first roll into small balls before placing into c..
