- Envelope of Meat Marinade From Store should weigh about .8 ozs.**

Stir in bouquet sauce, tomatoes, and thyme. Fold in beef. Cover and microwave 8 min; stir. Microwave on medium (50%) 10 min. Shake flour and wine in tightly covered container.
- Stir into meat Mix. Add in pepper strips and mushrooms; mix into sauce.
- Cover and microwave till meat is tender, 6 to 8 min. Serve over warm Rice.
