Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 2 lb beef steak cut in strips
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 c. onions minced
  • 2 x green peppers cut in strips
  • 1 lb tomatoes canned
  • 1 x beef boullion cube crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Инструкции

  1. In skillet heat oleo, add in beef strips and sprinkle w/garlic salt. Saute/fry. Stirring occasionally till browned. Remove meat from pan, add in onions & peppers, saute/fry for 2 min. Return meat along w/tomatoes and boullion. If using round steak, simmer 30-40 min. Blend cornstarch, water, soysauce, sugar & salt, add in to meat mix to thicken, stirring constantly. Cook 2 additional min. Serve over rice or possibly mashed potatoes.
