  • nice little belly without bones
  • whole black pepper
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 head of garlic
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • ground sweet paprika
  • ground hot pepper

  1. Bacon wash, put in pressure cooker and pour in water. Add a few balls around black pepper 2 bay leaves, 4 cloves of garlic and a little salt. Cook until soft, it takes about an hour. Choose boiled bacon and set aside to drain. A further 4 garlic cloves, push into the bowl, lightly season with salt and pepper, add the sweet and hot paprika and a little water in which to cook bacon. Mix the to smooth paste and rub breasts on all sides. Let cool in refrigerator. Serve with fresh bread, mustard and vegetables.
