Ингредиенты

  • 1 med Head cabbage
  • 1 lrg Carrot
  • 1 sm Green pepper
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1/2 c. Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Vinegar

Инструкции

  1. In large bowl, grate cabbage on medium grater; grate carrot on fine grater and dice celery and pepper; add in to cabbage, carrots. Add in sugar and salt and mix till it forms juice. Add in vinegar and mix well. Chill. This will serve about 12 people and will keep for 2 weeks.
