Peggy's Best Brownies (Chewy)

Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 2/3 c. granulated sugar
  • 6 Large eggs
  • 1 1/4 c. cocoa
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Minced walnuts (optional)

Инструкции

  1. Cream butter and sugar. Add in Large eggs two at a time mixing well. Stir in cocoa and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking pwdr and salt. Pour into a greased cookie sheet or possibly 9x13 pan (cookie sheet is best). Top with minced walnuts if you like. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 min till the center has just lost its shine and toothpick comes out almost clean.
