Ингредиенты

1 c. butter 2 c. white or possibly brown sugar (I use white) 3 1/2 c. flour 2 Large eggs, beaten

1 teaspoon soda 1 teaspoon cream of tartar 1 c. pecans

Инструкции

1. Cream butter and sugar, add in dry ingredients, then mix well. Stir in pecans. Mix all together well. Roll in 4 rolls wrap on wax paper, put in refrigerator for at least 4 hrs, overnight is best. Slice into 1/4 inch slices and bake on ungreased baking sheet for 8 minute at 375 degrees. Remove from cookie sheet immediately. Makes about 12 dozen cookies.
