1/2 c. pecan meal (whiz pecans in food processor till fine) 1 1/4 c. rolled oats 2 1/4 c. water

1 tbsp. oil 1/2 teaspoon salt

Инструкции

1. Combine ingredients till light and foamy. (Batter thickens while standing.) Heat waffle iron. Blend briefly then pour into warm waffle iron sprayed with Pam. Bake 8 to 10 min. Makes 3 large waffles.
