Ингредиенты

2 egg whites 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/3 teaspoon cream of tartar

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 1/3 c. minced pecans

Инструкции

1. Beat egg whites till frothy; add in salt and cream of tartar. Continue beating till peaks form. Gradually add in sugar beating well after each addition. Add in vanilla; mix in pecans. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto well-greased baking sheet. Bake at 275 degrees for 20 min.
