- 1/2 c. butter
- 6 tbsp. brown sugar
- 6 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. minced pecans
Инструкции
- Cream butter and sugar till light. Beat in Large eggs and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients and blend into creamed mix. Stir in nuts. Drop from tsp. on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for about 10 min. Cold slightly before removing from pan. Makes 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
