Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. unsifted 4X sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 1/4 c. sifted flour
  • 3/4 c. minced pecans

Инструкции

  1. Cream butter till smooth and add in sugar and flour. Blend till smooth. Stir in flour gradually and finally stir in nuts. Shape into small crescent-shaped rolls using about 1 tsp. for each. Place on buttered cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 min.
  2. While still hot, roll in 4X sugar. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
