Ингредиенты

  • 5 c. dry cornbread stuffing mix
  • 1 pkg. Knorr leek soup & recipe mix
  • 1/2 c. butter or possibly Mazola butter
  • 1 c. pecans, coarsely minced
  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn corn, thawed & liquid removed
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 1 c. orange juice

Инструкции

  1. In bowl, stir stuffing mix and soup mix. Heat butter over medium heat. Add in pecans; saute/fry. Add in pecans and butter, corn, water and orange juice to stuffing and toss. Spoon into 2-qt casserole. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
