Рецепт Pecan Cookies

Ингредиенты

1/2 pound butter 1/2 c. powdered sugar 2 c. flour

1/2 c. minced pecans 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 tbsp. evaporated lowfat milk

Инструкции

1. Cream butter and sugar. Sift flour and add in to mix. Next add in nuts and vanilla. If dough is too soft, chill.
2. Roll into balls about 1 inch. Place on cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 15 min at 350 degrees. While cookies are hot, roll in powdered sugar. Yields about 3 dozen.
