- In a large bowl, at medium speed, beat together till smooth, the cream cheese, 1 egg, 1 tsp. vanilla, and 1/3 c. sugar. Spread over bottom of pie shell and top with pecans. In a clean bowl, at medium speed, beat remaining Large eggs till frothy. Add in corn syrup, salt, 1/4 c. sugar, and 1 tsp. vanilla. Beat till well blended. Gently pour mix over pecans. Bake at 375 degrees till done, about 40 min.
