  • 1 unbaked 10 inch pie shell
  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 1/4 c. coarsely minced pecans
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 c. sugar

  1. In a large bowl, at medium speed, beat together till smooth, the cream cheese, 1 egg, 1 tsp. vanilla, and 1/3 c. sugar. Spread over bottom of pie shell and top with pecans. In a clean bowl, at medium speed, beat remaining Large eggs till frothy. Add in corn syrup, salt, 1/4 c. sugar, and 1 tsp. vanilla. Beat till well blended. Gently pour mix over pecans. Bake at 375 degrees till done, about 40 min.
