1 head lettuce 10 ounce. frzn peas, cooked Part of a purple onion, thinly sliced Dash of salt Dash of pepper

6 tbsp. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing 2 teaspoon sugar 8 ounce. shredded Mozzarella cheese 6 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled

1. Set aside 4 slices prepared bacon. Break half of lettuce into pcs and layer in 8x12 glass dish. Arrange in two layers using 1/2 of all remaining ingredients in order listed. Refrigeratefor at least two hrs. Toss before serving. Crumble remaining bacon on top. Serves 6.
