Ингредиенты

  • 8 c. minced or possibly sliced pears
  • 1 x lemon, sliced or possibly 1 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 5 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. water

Инструкции

  1. Peel, core and cut pears to desired pcs. Place in large kettle and add in lemon or possibly juice, sugar and water. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and cook for about 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till a thick syrup forms. Pour into warm sterilized jars and seal.
