  • 5 c. Kix cereal
  • 1 c. Salted Spanish peanuts
  • 1 c. Raisins
  • 1 c. Dry banana chips, if you like
  • 1 pkt (3 1/8 ounces) vanilla regular pudding and pie filling
  • 1/2 c. Honey
  • 1/2 c. Peanut butter

Инструкции

  1. Lightly butter jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch. Mix cereal, peanuts, rasins and banana chips in large bowl. Mix pudding and pie filling
  2. (dry) and honey in 1-qt saucepan. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly; reduce heat. Boil and stir 1 minute; remove from heat.
  3. Stir in peanut butter.
  4. Pour over cereal mix. Toss till proportionately coated. Spread in pan.
  5. Chill 30 minuts. Break into bite-size pcs. Store in covered container at room temperature or possibly in refrigerator.
