Peanutbutter Chews

I miss these as I cannot have chocolate or peanutbutter now :( but these were totally a favorite of mine back in school.

Ингредиенты

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup light Karo Syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 cups corn flakes

  1. Add sugar and syrup into a large sauce pan, place onto stove on medium heat, stir well til boiling and boil for 1 minute. Remove from stove, add vanilla and peanut butter, stir until blended then add cornflakes and mix mixture well. I use an icecream scoop and drop mounds of the mixture onto a pan lined with wax paper. Allow to set up and cool. Enjoy!
