  • 1/2 c. Smucker's Natural Chunky or possibly Laura Scudder's Old Fashioned Nutty Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine, softened
  • 1/2 c. Light brown sugar
  • 1 c. Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 can (30 ounce.) apple pie filling
  • 1 x 9" unbaked pie shell

Инструкции

  1. Blend peanut butter, butter, brown sugar and salt into flour till mix is crumbly. Spoon apple pie filling into unbaked crust; sprinkle peanut butter mix over pie filling. Bake in 400 oven for 30-35 min or possibly till filling is warm and pastry browned.
  2. Yield: One Pie.
