Sieve milk powder and set aside. Melt butter and set aside.
Take half of the roasted peanuts and grind into fine powder. Take remaining peanuts and coarsely grind it then set aside.
To a bowl add chocolate powder, milk powder (see tip 6), melted butter (see that the butter is hot), peanut butter, peanut powder and coarsely ground peanuts and mix well.
Add boiled milk (see that the milk is warm) little by little, see that it does not become watery. If it becomes watery add some extra milk powder and mix well again until it forms a single mass or dough. (your fingers may get stuck with the dough so apply butter to your palm and fingers before proceeding)
Now set it aside for few minutes, say 5 minutes, for the mixture to bind well.
Then make small balls out of it serve or refrigerate and then serve. It keeps well in room temperature also.
TIP 1: If you want to make plain chocolate balls you can skip peanuts and peanut butter and make plain chocolate balls.
TIP 2: You can also add chopped almonds to make almonds chocolate balls. Make your own variations according to your wish.
TIP 3: If you don't have peanut butter, add some honey but you can also skip both peanut butter and honey. It will still taste good.
TIP 4: I have added more chocolate powder according to my taste, but if you feel that it will be bitter you can reduce the quantity of chocolate powder and increase quantity of milk powder accordingly.
TIP 5: Use skinned (skin-less) peanuts or groundnuts. See that they are roasted peanuts, but do not use the salted ones. If your peanuts are not crunchy enough slightly roast them in a pan, cool them and then use.
TIP 6: Some milk powder may not be smooth and have some granular sugar in it, in such cases mix it well with milk make a paste of it and then use, this helps the sugar get dissolved.
