- First Layer: Blend butter and flour together. Fold in nuts. Press in bottom of 9 x 11 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
- Second Layer: Cream together cream cheese and peanut butter; add in sugar and mix well. Blend in Cold Whip.
- Third Layer: Mix chocolate and vanilla pudding with lowfat milk. Pour over second layer. When set cover with Cold Whip.
