- 3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1 box vanilla pudding
- Baked pie shell

- Mix sugar and peanut butter together. Put half in pie crust, then vanilla pudding. Then butter, then the rest of peanut butter on top. Bake till brown.
- MERINGUE: Mix cornstarch, sugar, water, salt and cook till thick. Cold. Beat egg whites till frothy. Add in cooked mix and beat till holds peaks.
