  • 2 c. Basic cookie mix
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 2 tsp Orange peel -- grated
  • 1 c. Peanut butter chips --
  •     Reese's
  • 1 c. Confectioners' sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Orange juice

Инструкции

  1. Combine cookie mix, lowfat sour cream and orange peel in a small bowl. Stir in peanut butter chips. Spread in a greased 9-inch square baking pan. Bake at 350 F. for 20 to 25 min. Combine confectioners' sugar and orange juice; drizzle over cooled mix. Cut into bars.
  2. Yield: 16
