Рецепт Peanut Butter M&M Cookies
by Lisa @ Flour Me With Love

It's almost Christmas! Do you have everyone checked off your list? If there happens to be a chef on there then I have the perfect gift; the

Kenwood Chef Kitchen Machine! It comes with three mixing tools: the

K-beater, the whisk, and the dough hook! With 750 watts of turbocharged power and the

professional-grade precision of Electronic Variable Speed Control

puts the chef-inspired Kenwood Chef Kitchen Machine in a culinary

class all its own. It has over

six speeds, a pulse option, a tilt head, a bowl with two

handles, a bowl seating pad, and one of my favorite things...a

splashguard! Who wouldn't love this gift?

I've had the pleasure of reviewing the Kenwood Chef Kitchen Machine for awhile now. I showed you this Sour Cream Bundt Coffee Cake and now these Peanut Butter M&M Cookies. One of my favorite features is the splashguard. It covers the top of the bowl, and there's an opening that you lift up and add your ingredients right into it without them going everywhere.

See how neat that is? Okay, now onto these delicious cookies!

Ingredients are as follows:

Directions:

Preheat

the oven to 350°F. Prepare a large sheet pan with parchment paper; set

aside.

In a large mixing bowl, cream the shortening and peanut butter

together.

Add the sugar, brown sugar, egg, and milk. Mix well.

In

a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add

the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture.

Mix in the

walnuts and M & Ms; mix until combined.

Use

a rounded tablespoon of dough for each cookie and roll into a ball.

Place the dough about 2-inches apart on the sheet pan. Press a few

extra M & Ms into the cookie dough balls if you want them to show

more.

Bake

for 12 minutes. The cookies will be soft in the center but will set up

upon cooling.

Cool for 3 – 5 minutes on the sheet pan. Then remove to

a wire rack and enjoy!

Here are the full specs for you to see for yourself how amazing this machine is!
