Ингредиенты

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup Crisco shortening
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 teas vanilla
  • 3 1/2 cups sifted flour
  • 2 teas baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 (11oz package) milk chocolate candy kisses

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven 375
  2. Cream together sugar,brown sugar, shortening and peanut butter.
  3. Add eggs, milk and vanilla, beat well.
  4. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt, add to the peanut butter mixture. Beat well.
  5. Shape into 1" balls and roll in sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 8 mins. Remove from oven. Press one kiss into the center of each warm cookie. Return to oven, bake 3 mins longer
  7. Remove and cool
