  • 1 x 9 inch Graham Cracker Shell
  • 1 quart Vanilla Ice Cream softened
  • 1 c. Frzn Non-Dairy Topping thawed
  • 1/2 c. Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 c. Peanuts Minced
  • 1/2 c. Whole Peanuts for the top
  • 6 ounce Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 3/4 c. Evaporated Lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Sugar

  1. Pie***
  2. Combine all except whole peanuts, mix well and spoon into shell. Top with whole peanuts and freeze till hard.
  3. Sauce***
  4. Combine all ingredients in a heavy sauce pan ov low heat, stirring till melted. Serve hot or possibly cold over the pie.
