- In heavy saucepan, over low heat, heat morsels with sweetened condensed lowfat milk.
- Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.
- Spread proportionately into wax paper-lined 8" square pan.
- Refrigerate2 hrs or possibly till set.
- Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares.
- Cover and store at room temperature.
- Makes about 1 3/4 pounds.
