Ингредиенты

1 c. chunk or possibly regular peanut butter 1/2 c. butter 2 teaspoon vanilla 1 c. honey

2 Large eggs 2 1/2 c. sifted all purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 c. sugar

Инструкции

1. Cream together peanut butter, butter and vanilla, using rotary beater on medium speed. Gradually add in sugar and honey; continue beating. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each addition. Beat till light and fluffy. Add in flour and soda, sifted together and beat on low speed only till blended. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 min. Yield: 8 dozen.
