Peanut Butter Crunch Cake
A few ingredients are needed to make this yummy cake~ Peanut Butter and Chocolate Lovers will go nuts over this cake:) It's the perfect cake for all ages~
- 1 package (2 layer-size) butter golden or yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
- 3 eggs
- 1-2/3 cups milk
- 1/4 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1-16 oz can milk chocolate frosting
In a large mixing bowl combine the dry cake mix, the 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter, the eggs and milk. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until combined, scraping sides of bowl; beat for 2 minutes at medium speed. Spread batter into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
Bake in a 350 F oven for 35-45 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool cake in pan on a wire rack. Beat together the 1/4 cup chunky peanut butter and the canned chocolate frosting. Frost the cake and Enjoy!
