  • 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  •     healthy pinch of salt
  • 3 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk

Инструкции

  1. Blend cream cheese and peanut butter together, adding vanilla and confectioners' sugar gradually with 1 to 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk. Beat with electric mixer till of spreading consistency. Spread on cooled cake.
  2. NOTES : This icing is excellent on chocolate cake too. You can heat 1/2 c. chocolate chips and drizzle around edge of cake so which it partially runs down the sides of cake.
